Collection: Beth Lisbôa
Brazilian, a businesswoman with a postgraduate degree in mathematics and an interior design degree, was born in Cabo Frio, in the state of Rio de Janeiro.
Started oil painting since 2001 and in 2003, opened DECORART LISBÔA studio in Cabo Frio, where she taught art classes to other artists in different areas: painting on canvas, decoupage, patina on wood, patchwork, mosaics, among others.
Art exhibitions were held in the same space, not only to showcase the work of the students, but also the work of other renowned artists.
In 2005, she began her interior design course at SENAC in Cabo Frio, Rio de Janeiro, where she studied fine arts through art history classes. She graduated in 2007 and DECORART LISBÔA gave way to MURAL DA ARTE, where Beth Lisbôa teamed up with Kalimary Lima, a fellow interior design student.
BETH LISBÔA currently lives in Portugal and is keen to share and expand her knowledge of the art world and to have her work recognised throughout Europe.
The essence of the artist is contemporary impressionism, although she also presents works in a naturalistic style. Her paintings are done in oil on canvas, where monochrome colours are present along with bright colours that highlight the theme of the work.
