Rosário O'Neill, born in Portugal in 1961, initially pursued a career in business, earning a degree in business management and becoming a financial manager for a group of auto companies. Art found its way into her life naturally, first as a playful, family-oriented activity. Over time, recognizing her talent, she began to share her works publicly, which marked the beginning of her artistic journey.
Her artistic career gained momentum with several individual and collective exhibitions in Portugal, coupled with exposure on social networks. This led to international recognition, and she received invitations to prestigious exhibitions abroad. Notable among these are her participation in Nhow Hello Stranger! in Milan (2014), the London Biennale (2015), the Florence Biennale (2015), and Artexpo New York (2016). Most recently, she held a solo exhibition at the Artifact Gallery in New York.
Rosário's brand, EastLondon, reflects her dedication to integrating art into everyday life. She extends her creative expression beyond traditional canvases to painting on clothing and furnishings, thus merging art with functionality.
