Colección: Vera Marantes

Vera Marantes was born in Aveiro, Portugal, and by the age of 15, she was already painting and exhibiting her work at the headquarters of the Beato (Lisbon) scouts (CNE), where she was a member. She graduated in Architecture, a profession she practiced for several years before choosing to set it aside to devote herself to raising her four children. She later returned to painting, rediscovering it as her mode of expression and a way to externalize her emotions. Vera has pursued her own path, continually creating and learning various styles and techniques under the guidance of renowned artists. Since 2008, she has exhibited her work regularly, participating in both group and solo exhibitions across the country, from Braga and Viana do Castelo to Porto, Estoril, Sintra, Lisbon, Odivelas, Amadora, Oeiras, and Monchique.
